Conference Registration Fees

All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.

Payment Information

Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% will be applied to fees. All fees and payments are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Full payment is required within 30 days of receipt of the invoice or prior to the conference opening date, whichever occurs earlier.

Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please notify the Organisers by email. Cancellations received up to and including 10 July 2026 will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $50 + GST. Cancellations made from 11 July 2026 are non-refundable. Registration may be transferred to another person.

Please notify the Organisers by email of the replacement attendee's name and contact details.

Venue: Novotel Melbourne on Collins, 270 Collins Street Melbourne, VIC   

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s central business district, the Novotel Melbourne on Collins offers a premium and highly convenient setting for the ALGIM Learning Exchange 2026. Positioned on iconic Collins Street, the venue places attendees within easy walking distance of Melbourne’s best shopping, cafés, and restaurants, making it the perfect base to connect, explore, and unwind after each day’s sessions. To enhance your event experience, discounted accommodation rates will be available exclusively for attendees, with booking details coming soon.


Accommodation

Conference Accommodation Novotel Melbourne on Collins

Special rates are available for conference participants at the Novotel Melbourne on Collins. We recommend booking early, as availability is limited. Rates and discounts are only valid for stays between 10 August and 13 August 2026.  Guests can adjust their stay dates within this period by selecting their preferred check-in and check-out dates in the booking system. If they wish to stay outside of this date range, they will need to contact the hotel directly on +61 3 9667 5800 (option 1 for reservations).

Guests are responsible for payment directly to the hotel. Contact details and a valid credit card are required at the time of booking. Please ensure you review the hotel’s cancellation policy prior to confirming your reservation.

Terms and Conditions

  • 15% discount on accommodation rooms at Novotel Melbourne on Collins. *Subject to availability of rooms available
  • Please look for the PINK OFFER to see the discounted rates where applicable
  • Guests can select their requested stay dates and apply their Accor Live Limitless membership or sign up for free.
  • 15% discount is applied on reservations that are flexible conditions meaning they can cancel the reservation 1 day prior without any penalty.

Reservations can be cheaper online however are prepaid and non-refundable. If guests see reservations online for cheaper, they are more than welcome to book at their own leisure. 

Cancellation terms: Flexible terms and conditions as per below:

  • No cancellation charge applies prior to 14:00 (local time), up to 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
