Purpose of this Community of Practice

The purpose of the CJ&PI Community of Practice (CoP) are to share knowledge and innovation in both customer and business process improvement capabilities across Local Government. We will invite Councils to present their progress in building practices in this space

Topics may include process mapping, continuous improvement methodologies, customer journey mapping, customer experience & insights and service design. 

Target Audience: LG Business and process improvement specialists, customer experience teams, business analysts
