In today’s digital landscape, keeping your skills current and relevant is a challenge for individuals and leaders alike.

This webinar will help you take control of your career development - and support your team to do the same. It will be useful both for individuals looking to keep themselves current and for leaders guiding a team through change.

We’ll explore:

  • Building your skills portfolio: Learn how to identify, assess, and articulate your current skills. Discover how frameworks like SFIA can help.

  • Setting meaningful development goals: Set realistic goals you can actually achieve to enhance your skills and demonstrate your capabilities. Understand and identify what skills you need with confidence to support your career path and team objectives.

  • Having development conversations that make a difference: Whether you’re preparing for your own development discussions or leading them with your team, we’ll share tools to make these conversations purposeful and impactful.

We’ll leave you with:

  • Development techniques you can try for yourself, or within your teams.

  • Information on how to get started with using SFIA.

  • Access to resources and guidance to help you implement this as a structured approach across your team.
